Finance Your Care operates as an online credit search program working with patients in helping them secure financing for a medical or dental procedure. If your request is approved and you accept a loan offer, we will charge you a fee based on the schedule below. In order to continue with this process, you must provide a credit or debit card to guarantee your payment. The payment method you provide will not be charged unless your request is approved. Once approved, the card will be charge for the amount as reflected below.

Loan amounts up to $2000. The fee is $175
Loan amounts from $2000.01 up to $10000. The fee is $375
Loan amounts of $10000.01 and up. The fee is $575
