User License Fee
For loan amounts up to $2499.00. Our fee is $175
For loan amounts of $2500.00 up to $9999.99. Our fee is $375
For loan amounts of $10000.00 up to $24999.99. Our fee is $575
For loan amounts of $25000 and up. Our fee is $775
Make sure you add the User Fee:
When you get to the lender application, you will need to add this fee to the amount your patient actually needs for their procedure. Doing so, the fee will be paid to your Practice when you get paid. Three business days after you are paid, we will invoice your Practice to collect our fee.
