Run Pre-Qualification Credit Report
If you want to run the Applicant's credit to determine which lender you want to start with, please click the button below that says, "Check Credit". This will allow you to use lenders outside of our "Lender Waterfall" platform.
PLEASE NOTE: Checking the Applicant's credit will not show as an inquiry on their report. However, it will require you to enter the application once to check credit, and then at least one more time with the lender(s). Furthermore, you will be charged $7.95 for the credit report.
After you run the credit report...
When you click on Check Credit above, you will open a new URL link where you will see the Applicant's credit score and report. You will have to close that window and come back to this page to continue.
