Finance Your Care is an online patient financing technology company that will help you secure a payment plan for the healthcare procedure you are considering. As a technology company, we will only charge you a fee if you are approved and you accept a loan offer. That fee is based on the chart below.
User License Fee
For loan amounts up to $2499.00. Our fee is $175
For loan amounts of $2500.00 up to $9999.99. Our fee is $375
For loan amounts of $10000.00 up to $24999.99. Our fee is $575
For loan amounts of $25000 and up. Our fee is $775
How this fee is charged:
When you get to the lender application, you will need to add this fee to the amount you actually need for financing. Doing so, the fee will be paid to your Provider when they are paid. After they are paid, we will invoice the fee back from your Healthcare Provider.
PLEASE NOTE: If you forget to add the fee to your requested loan amount, your Healthcare Provider will require you to pay it directly to them before they will schedule your procedure.
